• Garden Organic (the working name of the Henry Doubleday Research Association HDRA) is the major organisation in the UK promoting organic gardening. Their Organic Gardening Catalogue offers organic seeds, heritage varieties, biological pest controls, books and more.
• Fertile Fibre is a specialist company manufacturing and selling certified organic peat-free coir based composts.
• The Hairy Pot Plant Company sells eco friendly, sustainable and ethically produced cottage garden plants grown in peat-free compost in 'Hairy' coir pots. Their website provides information on the environmental standards at their nursery in Hampshire.
  
• The Natural Gardener supplies coir compost, biodegradable plant pots and similar products.
• The Organic Directory - a comprehensive directory of organic produce and services hosted by the Soil Association.
• Wiggly Wigglers sell an imaginative and practical range of wildlife supplies, from bird boxes and books to live meal worms, bug houses, and hedging plants.
• Butterworths Organic Nursery specialises in fruit trees.
  

Wildlife gardening

• Ernest Charles Wildlife Gardening Catalogue stocks a large range of bird tables, bird food and other wildlife gardening products as well as branded products raising money for The Wildlife Trusts.
• Natural Collection includes quite a good selection of gardening for wildlife items.
